Gamberi in Padella
- Heat some extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan and add 3x cloves crushed garlic.
- Turn the heat up and make sure the pan is very hot.
- Add as many prawns and you wish, season with salt, pepper and fish seasoning (maridor). Add splash of white wine and cook for 30 seconds on each side.
- Toss and add either to choice of rice or a garden salad.
